Shipping Info, Cost, & Speed

Purchases through axonoptics.com all ship from the USA.

During checkout, we will estimate cost as well as shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please allow 1 to 2 days for order handling, in addition to shipping time. Shipping times are based on working business days, from Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Rx or Custom Cut orders may require from one to two weeks of processing time, in addition to shipping time.

International Shipping

Shipments outside the United States may be subject to  Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, sales taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. If any fees are due, the courier will contact you to collect prior to swiftly delivering your package.

Any orders returned to Axon Optics due to refused payment of customs/taxes/duties will be refunded minus any additional incurred return shipping and customs costs.

Seasonal or Custom Orders

Please allow for an additional 7-14 days of processing time for any custom (or seasonal frame) purchases, as we cut and place Avulux lenses into the frames you choose upon ordering. Seasonal frames or Custom Orders are shipped from the USA.

Prescription Orders

Currently, Axon Optics prescription lens orders are only available in the USA.

For customers outside the USA, please view the store locator to find an Authorized Avulux Migraine & Light Sensitivity Lens Provider near you.

While we do not ship prescription orders internationally, you may purchase a Fit Over.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks in addition to shipping time for us to process your Rx order.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping in the USA.

To determine international or express shipping costs:

1. Add an item to cart.
2. Start checkout.
3. Enter your address details, click next to proceed to shipping options. If you encounter shipping options, we ship to your country. If we don't ship to your country, please look at the store locator to see if there's an Avulux® lens provider near you.
   
4. To determine shipping cost, enter your contact details and address and click to proceed to Shipping/Payment.
5. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated for your specific location. If we do not ship the specific product you selected to your country, this page will say so.
   
6. Any duties and taxes are determined by your local authority, please check your local authority's customs web page to determine whether you will owe any duties or taxes upon delivery.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk - International Shipments

For all sales outside the USA, regardless of the buyer's location, ownership of the products (legal title) will transfer to the buyer once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse and full payment has been received.

Direct to consumer shipments are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) incoterms, we bear all risks involved in bringing the goods to the named place of destination, not including import clearance, duties, and taxes.

Despite the transfer of ownership upon dispatch from our warehouse, we reserve the right to possession of the goods until all amounts owed to us by the buyer have been paid in full.

Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges, and we recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
